Sunday! It is the end of the weekend and it is time for some questions to be answered. So without going on some crazy intro to how I will be answering some questions here we go.
Is Hearthstone too RNG?
I think people are thinking too much about the Yogg play which has been taking over as of late. Old Gods has added a lot of randomness to the game while making it more exciting to watch, but it is frustrating for players. I think Blizzard has realized this and we see with Karazhan the move away from the insanely random to more strategic and skillful random. So really I don't think it is too random. It would be if they continued in the same direction for card making.
Is Legion going to hold the player base?
That is something we will have to see. Warlords saw a big boom upon release. Not nearly as big as Legion, but still a significant boom. They lost it after the first major patch so I believe that is why Blizzard is going big with the Karazhan patch. They know how much the older players love Karazhan like they love Illidan lore. I think it will hold for that the question is about after it.
