By The Numbers

So over at the Grumpy Elf there is a post today about numbers so I thought I would also play the numbers game to show you all the fun and exciting "Big Numbers" I have achieved while playing this game.

Achievement Points: 10700

There are so many of the new questing areas I want to see which will make this number rise even higher. So that 11000 number is just around the corner.

Most Factions at Exalted: 56

Yes 56 I am all about the rep grinds except those stupid ogres I hate the damn ogres.

Vanity Pets: 101
Mounts Owned: 114

I had no idea I had so many mounts that is actually pretty crazy to me.

Elixir Consumed Most: Noggenfogger(375)

Yes I love my skelly form and the skelly cower.

Epic Items Acquired: 2658

Damn that is a lot of epics

Daily Quests Completed: 3010

Did I mention I hate dailies?

Total Deaths: 8891

I love attacking the floor.

I actually don't remember the last time I took a flight path, since all this flying in the old world nowadays.

Just Dust In The Wind

I don't know if any of you look at your statistics in your achievements page, but if you don't then you should. One thing I have realized after looking at it one thing really sticks out. I die a lot. Now I know I don't play alts or anything like that, but just take a look at a few of these numbers

Total Deaths: 6701
Total Deaths 5 Player Heroics: 647
Total Deaths in 10 Player Raids: 1325
Total Deaths in 25 Player Raids: 2967
Deaths in Naxxramas: 197
Deaths in Ulduar: 530
Deaths in Trial of the Crusader: 7
Deaths in Icecrown Citadel: 474
Deaths from Falling: 106

Now looking at those stats the ToC one is obviously messed up somehow because I can off the head remember at least 10 specific times with complete detail where I died. The stat I find the most disturbing is my heroic deaths that is one crazy number. The 106 deaths from falling is rather embarrassing. This makes me wonder as well how much time playing this game has been spent running back to my corpse. Remember these stats only start being counted at patch 3.0, who knows how many total deaths I have had over the years.

Maybe there should be an achievement for over 9000 deaths I will probably have that one in the bag by the time Cataclysm rolls around. Looking at more of these stats though might just scare me a little. Excuse me I must run back to my corpse now.

So for those of you who missed it yesterday in trade when I went off with a plethora(always wanted to use that word) of statistics I was enticed to go ahead with this topic. For the obvious hilarity and the bitching and complaining which are bound to happen whenever I sit down and type something. So by all means enjoy!

So hope you all enjoyed the massive amount of rambling. Someone gave me an idea yesterday that I should have a reader contributor post once a week like the reputation post. So we will give it a go this week with the topic I was given. "Crazy Thing I Saw Gauss Do" so i will post around 10 of them, because I am assuming some of them will be long and i don't want to make people read novels.
