You Fail At Final Fantasy If...

Happy Fail Day everyone. Oh such a wonderful day of the week it is. Today is January 31st if you didn't know, and if you also didn't know it is the day Final Fantasy XIII-2 is released to us in North America. Yes I also know that I always do my Fail Posts about WoW, but today is special, because it is the day I realize I am addicted to another series. So If you were expecting a WoW Fail Day I am sorry, and it will be back next week. If you weren't well here goes.

You Fail At Final Fantasy If...
  • You prefer games that require little to no thought and are mindless
  • You have never played a Final Fantasy game
  • You think every game is a sequel to the previous
  • You don't recognize Final Fantasy's contributions to the gaming community
  • You don't think Sephiroth is one of it not the greatest villain in video game history
  • The name Cid means nothing to you
  • You were not aware the Hawk Strider in WoW is a tribute to the chocobo
  • You have never broken a remote because you died after an epic 30 minute battle that ended with you dying
  • You know to fear the giant flower known as the Malboro
  • You chuckle when Zidane says at the end of FF9 "no Cloud, no Squall shall hinder us"
  • You know a sword is amazing when it is called the "Masamune"
  • You fear and adore the use of Ultima
and finally
  • You were not aware the name "Final Fantasy" came from the games creators final shot at making a successful video game.
And there you have it, this week's edition of fail. When deciding what quote to go with I decided to go with one that all Final Fantasy fans would know, and one that non fans would be able to understand. So here it is

"Tell me what you cherish most. Give me the pleasure of taking it away."

  1. Ahhhh! I didnt fail at them all..until the 'and finally'

    Gosh darnit.

  2. I fear Omega Weapon more than anything

  3. Every game that has an airship without Cid fails

  4. As methods get additional intricate, evaluation of complications as well as backlink in between trigger and symptom become significantly less obvious. Thus, digital methods need to have some level of self-diagnosis, which can present conversation with all the user or even the repairing personnel with the help of the scania vci2 sdp3.
